« Wood and textile, a beautiful dialogue between different process »

This project is a result of a meeting with a textil designer Mathilde Boulley for Cinna Contest 2017.

Länk (which mean connection in swedish) is a synthesis between modernity and tradition, machine and craftsman.

Our bench, is composed with four feets, four other parts and eight trunnionns. Every part are made in beech steamed. A rational structure, without wasting material. Around the structure, two strips of woven textiles in cotton and wool, create the seat. These two materials can not exist and function one without the other because they are part of a single set.
